Lawyer Prof. Dr. Martin Maslaton has been active in all fields of air and space law (MEP, IR, JAR) from the point of view of the cockpit for more than 10 years.
Current authorisations by clients in the field of air and space law: two procedures concerning enlargement of runways according to JAR-OPS, procedures concerning enlargements of commercial airports, different procedures concerning permissions, LBA-procedures concerning legalisation/denial of licences as well as different authorisations concerning company law and distribution right. We are constantly attending to two local persons/freight carriers.
